Organic pure essential oil of lavender, chamomile, vetiver and valerian. These drops are pure essential oil and should not be put directly onto the skin. A few drops can also be put into a small bowl of hot water and difused through the air. We have also had feedback from a number of adults that find these drops invaluable when really stressed and suffering from insomnia, for adults a few drops on the pillow works wonders, and for babies and children use in a defuser or a small dish of hot water and add a few drops, using the drops on a regular basis soon gets you back into a regular sleeping pattern.
