Easily confused with dry skin, dehydrated skin usually comes from a decrease in the overall hydration of your body. Differentiating between the two is important in treating each one correctly. We have selected some top tips for you to ensure dehydrated skin is cared for appropriately.

If dehydration has gone beyond affecting only the skin, symptoms could come in the form of:
· Feeling or being faint
· Feelings of dizziness
· Having a dry mouth

· Producing dark coloured urine

While increasing your water intake, make sure to moderate unhealthy drinks. Alcohol, in particular, widens blood vessels, which consequently dehydrates the skin. Eat Better
